Safe For Life recognizes that challenges like the cost of food, basic supplies or veterinary care can make caring for a dog more difficult. 

As we continue building and expanding the resources available through Safe For Life, we want to understand what dog owners in our community need and connect them with available options whenever we can.

When Things Get Complicated

We know that sometimes caring for a dog gets complicated. Maybe you need help keeping food in the bowl, replacing a broken leash or crate, finding affordable veterinary care, dealing with an unexpected veterinary bill, or facing a housing change that could affect your ability to keep your dog.

We'd like to help.

If something is making it harder to care for your dog, we want to know. Sometimes the right resource, a little practical help or simply knowing where to turn can make all the difference.
